If you’re not comfortable committing to long term support and maintenance plans, our Pay As You Go Support is for you! You will receive the same level of support as any of our other privileged customers, although at a higher cost per hour.
Pay As You Go Support does not include any pro-active support. We will be unable to monitor your systems for possible causes of issues on an ongoing basis, or prevent any malicious attacks pro-actively, or upgrade your systems with any of the latest security patches. We will however attend to any ad-hoc requests you may have.
In comparison to our Support & Maintenance plans on which customers benefit from hourly rates subsidised to approximately $ 40 an hour, a flat fee of $ 80 per hour will apply to all Pay As You Go Support customers.
If you understand the importance of a reliable system and know that downtime costs money, our Support & Maintenance Plans are for you. These support plans will bring you peace of mind knowing that your technical support team is just an email or phone call away.
Our Support & Maintenance plans include pro-active support. We monitor your systems for possible issues and strive to ensure your systems have the latest and most advanced security patches for complete protection. We never underestimate the importance of system optimisation for better performance.
In comparison to our Pay As You Go ( Ad–Hoc) customers who pay a flat fee of $ 80 an hour, you benefit from highly subsidized rates of up to $ 40 per hour.
